Get Along Little Doggie

Happy Challenge Tuesday!  How is everyone in blogging world today?  Ready to get your creative juices flowing?  Laura has another fabulous Challenge for us this fine Tuesday.  Here is is the inspirational picture:

Look at all those yummy colors and designs!  This fabric is screaming fall colors and textures.  What do you think that third one is?  Wood grain?  hmmmm, can be anything you picture in your creative mind.  No matter what paper I look at for fall, there seems to be some variation of aqua, Espresso and Fall Orange.  So while you might not have exact shades, coming close to the colors and textures would be fine.

This week, we are being sponsored by Meljen's Designs and I would like to thank our sponsor for the free digi she sent our way and thanks to Laura from Loves Rubberstamps for getting us these free images to work with.  Now the minute I saw, "Get along little Doggie", I was like, MUST HAVE HIM.  In fact, there are a few other little critters in her on-line store I would like too.  I am very thankful that some of these come in rubber form though, I don't know why, but there is something about inking up the image that makes the whole experience for me, lol.  Old Fashion, yuppers, that is probably it.  Though I will say, with a little help from my team mates and my dear husband, I was able to get this digi printed and colored up.

This is the sketch I found to use, although it's past the challenge time, I thought it would work really well for my little Doggie.  So thank you, freshly made sketches, I love finding fabulous sketches!

And here is my Challenge Card:

Isn't he just the cutest thing?  His name is George and I will call him, "Blind Georges" and only my Sister will know where I got that name, lol.  When we were kids we lived a stint up in Grants Pass, Oregon.  There was a novelty shop of sorts, called, Blind George's and we used to go there for popcorn and ice cream.  Our dear neighbor Margory used to take a whole wagon full of kids to Blind George's for treats.  Oh but I digress, and yes, it's very late in hour while I type this up, lol.
