Don't it make my Brown eyes....Blue

Okay so did Marilyn Monroe have brown or blue eyes?  The first few google searches was split.  One said blue and they looked darker because she was always looking down.  The other said she had brown eyes and listed eye color as brown on her passport.   So I went with brown, lol.  And I was glad for the change of song that sang in my head, it went from, "Good-bye Norma Jean" to "Don't it make my brown eyes blue" and then back to "good-bye Norma Jean", lol.

Anyway.....This is for my Friday Inspiration post over at Loves Rubberstamps.

This week's Challenge is "Anything Goes", so I expect to see a lot of participation this week....free stamps are involved!!!  So if you haven't uploaded your latest creation to the Challenge Blog, now is the time!  I got all challenge happy with this one too.  Kraftin Kimmie's  Challenge this week is to use Kraft.  I got all giddy because I just bought this fabulous paper over at the LSS and bought it with the intention of using one of my Kraftin Kimmie Hollywood Collection girls with it and then all the sudden everything seemed to slip into place.

Now all I needed was a fabulous sketch to use with this Hollywood Icon and wouldn't you know all the stars were aligned and I found the I Heart Sketches Challenge this month AND Kraftin' Kimmie is the Sponsor!  How excellent is that!?

What could be better than that?  Oh let see, how about that Loves Rubberstamps has both the Kraftin Kimmie Hollywood collection AND the Retro Square Die-Namics I used on my card?  Isn't that awesome?  I love that!  So without further ado, here is my card for today.

I know, a bit dramatic today, but hey, it's Hollywood so I am allowed, lol.  I used my Copic Multiliner for her eye liner, pupils and added the beauty mark.

And here she is with both arms colored, lol.   Couldn't figure out how to edit out that first pic, so I am just adding, lol.   Don't you hate it when you know something is missing and you look and look and then after you take a pic, send it off to the Design Team and Blog about it....you realize that you forgot to color one of the arms? lol.

I used:
Stamps: Kraftin Kimmie Marilyn
Dies - Retro Square Die-Namics
Paper - Authentique Peaceful, S.U. Kraft and River Rock
Copics: E0000, E000, E00, E21, E93, E81, E23, E25, R24, R29, T1, T0, E51, E35, R31, Y21.

Hope you like today's card and I look forward to seeing yours in the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge Blog.   And while you are there, go shopping!!!  It will make you feel better, lol.

Thanks for Looking and for your wonderful Comments
