Victorian Emma

It's time again for another week of All That Scraps Challenge!  This week we are showcasing Anything But A Card.  I have to say, I was a little freaked about this challenge, lol.  Up until a couple weeks ago, I was not really a 3-D kind of gal.  But once I had my eye's peeled for some cute 3-D items, I am finding them left and right now, lol.   Wouldn't it be great to be able to give a few little gifts in their very own special packaging?  All made by hand.  Isn't that really the Spirit of Christmas?  To give something you made means so much more than the store bought stuff inside.  I'm not sure if the receiver feels that way, but I do, lol.   This could also be used for any walk of faith or Seasons Greetings.  As I don't want to offend any of my readers.  I am a live and let live kind of gal, so whatever you believe in this Holiday Season is okay by me, just insert your Holly-Day right into the part where I repeatedly say Christmas this year, lol.

This is Victorian Emma from CC Designs new release.  Isn't she cute?  Love her!  The little bells are from a die also newly released by ATS

Let's see, now where to begin.  First the Gift Holder.  I was recently shopping at a LSS and came across this Gift Holder.  The owner had bought it from a the Very Talented Janette.  I went to Janette's blog and she had linked it to where she found it HERE.  And there are step by step directions!!!  Whoot.  Not very many of you know, but Janette lives in town and we share the love of cute stamps and coloring.  In fact, I went to a few of Janette's classes here locally and she is the one who taught me how to use the Air Brush machine!  Of course I took off from there, but I do encourage you all to go check out Janette's Blog and beautiful designs, she is one creative crafty lady!

Okay, next I used Vintage Finds by Teresa Collins paper, I used a full size 12 x 12 sheet, not the usual 6X6 pads I normally would use for cards.  I stamped Victorian Emma and colored her with my copics.  I had a few other dies and punches I added, but will not list them here as they are not sold at ATS.   But if it's killing you to know, you can always email me, lol.   Copics Used:  E0000, E000, E00, E21, E93, E50, E51, E53, E55, YG99, YG95, YG93, T7, T6, T5, T4, T3, R29, R27, R24.  Oh and the mirror paper I found at Joanne's, love the bells cut out from that.  I need to go stock up, somethings just can't be replaced and so hoarding this paper would be a good thing, lol.   If you cannot find the paper, you could emboss with Silver Embossing Powder as well.

Okay, I will see you next week on the ATS Challenge Reminder post for Anything But A Card and yes, I do have something already all lined out, lol.

Thanks for looking and for you kind comments.

Ohhhh....I am so glad that you got to try this. So super cute! I love how you have made your flap a little shorter than mine; really helps to access the goodies inside:0) Thanks for the super kind words and for linking to me. I am still waiting for you to teach again so that I can take one of your classes!

Hugs;
